At my home, it is time to bring out the nativity collection. And the Christmas quilts galore that generally hide the rest of the year.

There are so many patterns and ideas for Christmas quilts. Actually, it can be a bit overwhelming when planning a holiday quilt.

But in the interest of keeping this holy season fun and low on stress, I thought I would share some of the Christmas quilts I have made over the years. Come join me for this quilt show.

Showing off those Christmas quilts:

Mini Christmas Tree quilts. My first ever Christmas quilts. I made a dozen and sold all of them many years ago. They were small and easy.

Christmas Angels – an easy way to use those cheater blocks.

I hope these quilt photos have given you some ideas for Christmas quilts that you can make. Be creative and festive. Try out some fabric you wouldn’t normally use. Embellish a panel or use cheater blocks.

Have fun and enjoy this joyous season.

  1. Love your blog. I wish I could see exactly how you create a quilt pattern. You are so creative. Have you considered a podcast or video?

    1. Thank you for being a subscriber to this blog. While I have thought that an occasional video might be helpful, I truly do not have time to do it at this point in my life.

  2. Greetings from an American living in Paris,

Thank you so much for all the inspiration to get back to quilting. There is some quilting here in France, but nothing like the good old USA.

    Keep up the great blog.
