YIPPEE!! A UFO COMPLETE

As of January 7, 2023, I finally put the last stitch in the binding of the Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt from 2020. It was one of the quilts in my post last week that needed to be bound. Yippee!! A UFO complete.
This lovely quilt came back from the machine quilter. I trimmed up the edges and got it ready to bind. Then I got distracted by some other project. Yep, it suddenly became a quilting UFO. Shame on me. It has sat in that pile of unbound quilts for at least a year.
Here is a post that I show doing part of it. This link shows doing the rest of the top.
Interested in the pattern?
Per Bonnie Hunter’s website, once the mystery quilts are revealed then they become patterns for sale. For the Grassy Creek pattern go here. And no, I don’t make any money from directing you to her site. I am simply sharing.

Here are some photos of this wonderful quilt. I am so happy this quilt is finished.

The finished size of my quilt is 92″ x 92″.
The Moral of the Story
It is rarely too late to finish a UFO. Drag them out and finish them. Then you too can do a happy dance and say “Yippee!! A UFO complete.”
